01/06/2010Vox Teneo acquires a customer portfolio and a new team of associates
Vox Teneo is taking over the customer portfolio and the staff of the DMoon company (created in 2003), a complementary agency which is also active in the sector of interactive communication tools development.
This acquisition enables Vox Teneo to recruit 4 additional employees who will round out our Open Source competences, including an official partnership with Drupal.
Moreover, Vox Teneo is also acquiring the structure of this agency in France as well as a new clientele. Vox Teneo is therefore now present with offices in Brussels, Luxembourg, Paris and Lille.
The new customer portfolio is fully complementary with the existing customers of Vox Teneo. Indeed, the new customers come primarily from the public sector: the European Parliament, around fifteen municipal administrations, FPS Public Health as well as a series of customers in the media sector.
