Based on our experiences a methodology has been set up, simple but efficient in order to keep the project under control at any time. and to offer our clients a visibility of the state of advancement of different tasks.

This methodology is based on the achievement of successive phases which lead to the delivery of an outcome at the end of each task.. At the start of the project we try to clearly identify the contents of these outcomes that we will hand in to the client during the project. This may be a file of analysis or a developed module.
These principles do not depend on the size of the project. Nevertheless in the case of a large project some phases can be achieved in a iterative way, the main point being to divide the project into successive tasks.
The use of this methodology is made easier thanks to a close relationship between Vox Teneo and you.
Each project is assigned to a Vox Teneo’s project administrator whose function is to manage activities in partnership with the client’s project responsible. Regular meeting are organized in order to show the client the state of advancement of the different running tasks.
