Technical Lead PHP

VOX is a human sized web agency, located in Bandung, specialized in web solutions for worldwide customers. We are looking for a proficient Technical Lead PHP.

Responsiblities

• Coordinating team operations, to ensure deliveries within the time estimates, and the business specifications and needs.
• Identifying critical technical items and proposing solutions to reduce the technical risk of team's projects (eg: Proof of Concepts).
• Providing technical guidance, coaching, helping and giving advices to team members. Overseeing and improving the team’s skills and efficiency, and organizing the necessary training. Participating in the definition of, and ensuring the implementation of development processes.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Laravel (WordPress, Drupal, Prestashop would be advantage).
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• 1 vacant position are available.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent technical computer & internet skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of PHP Laravel
• Knowledge in Open Source applications: Laravel framework; WordPress, Drupal, Prestashop will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in cloud services, especially Azure
• OOP, best practices architecture, dependency injection, and Queue implementation.
• Apache/Nginx, MySql, Linux Virtual Machine, Containerization like docker/lando, network & infrastructure basics
• Experience with ReactJS
• Experience with Headless Drupal will be an advantage
• Experience in DevOps will be an advantage (Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Azure)
• Experience with TDD / Unit testing, Continuous Integration, Jenkins will be an advantage
• Experience with Angular JS, Node JS, Mobile technologies will be an advantage
